The mission of Housing and Community Development is to identify, enhance and employ economic and community resources in a coordinated and directed effort to ensure economic health in a desirable, liveable Takoma Park community today and in the future. The housing group focuses on landlord/tenant affairs, rent stabilization, and other activities related to housing affordability.
