THE 35TH ANNUAL MEETING & HOUSING EXPO
On May 13, 2026, Housing& will convene members of the affordable housing community in celebration of 35 Years of Making Homes. At this conference, we’ll discuss the Housing Indicator Tool 6.0 as part of an informative, policy-driven plenary session, give awards in recognition of incredible contributions to our space, and so much more.

HOUSING ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
The Housing Achievement Awards recognize the most outstanding and innovative housing developments, programs and solutions across the Capital Region of Baltimore, Washington and Richmond. Each June, Housing& honors recipients among their peers at the Annual Meeting & Housing Expo.
GENERATION& SCHOLARSHIP
The Generation& Scholarship awards a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500 per year, renewable for four years) to college-bound high school seniors, residing in the DMV, who utilizing their talents to benefit our communities. Learn more about the scholarship and contribution opportunities here!
CHILDREN’S ESSAY CONTEST
Youth between the ages six through twelve, who also reside in a Housing& member’s property are eligible to participate in our Children’s Essay Contest for a chance to win a $500 cash prize! The runners-up will receive a gift card and a certificate of participation.
