Held in June 2025, Housing&’s 34th Annual Meeting & Housing Expo brought the affordable housing community together to explore housing’s deep connections to education, health, equity, sustainability, and more. HOUSING ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
The Housing Achievement Awards recognize the most outstanding and innovative housing developments, programs and solutions across the Capital Region of Baltimore, Washington and Richmond. Each June, Housing& honors recipients among their peers at the Annual Meeting & Housing Expo.
GENERATIONHOUSING& SCHOLARSHIP
The GenerationHousing& Scholarship awards a $10,000 scholarship ($2,500 per year, renewable for four years) to college-bound high school seniors, residing in the DMV, who utilizing their talents to benefit our communities. Check out last year’s awardee and contribution opportunities here!

CHILDREN’S ESSAY CONTEST
Youth between the ages six through twelve, who also reside in a Housing& member’s property are eligible to participate in our Children’s Essay Contest for a chance to win a $500 cash prize! The runners-up will receive a gift card and a certificate of participation.
