The Center for Regional Analysis (CRA)  has published a Census update that shows the concentration of  Baby Boomer homeowners in the Washington metro area.  They will have a profound impact on the region’s housing market, so it is critical to know  if they will choose to move elsewhere or age in place.  Click here for the report.
