This week DC Mayor Muriel Bowser announced HOUSING& member Victory Housing and Brinshore Development to lead the redevelopment of Hebrew Home in the Petworth neighborhood. Additionally, HOUSING& member and sponsor Wiencek + Associates Architects + Planners will serve as the architect. The site is a historic landmark that was constructed in 1925. The project will include 88 senior affordable housing units in the refurbished Hebrew House, another 91 rentals in a newly constructed adjacent building (of which 66% of the units will be affordable) and eight for-sale homes.
