Traditional insurance plans—premiums, copayments, deductibles and coinsurance—frequently create barriers to care and can inhibit the use of services – such as primary care – that benefit health and wellbeing.
HOUSING& is pleased to partner with The Center for Nonprofit Advancement, VitalHealth, and Nonstop Wellness to support nonprofits committed to health equity with an opportunity to reevaluate their employee benefits package. Through VitalHealth, a nonprofit organization can provide their employees access to health care coverage (medical, dental, vision, and life insurance) and retirement benefits at the best possible value. HOUSING& recognizes that nonprofits often face challenges in competing in the job market, and research shows health insurance is a key factor in most workers’ decision to take or keep a job – so this opportunity not only has the potential to reduce your premiums but also to boost your organization’s competitiveness in attracting and retaining talent.
Here is why VitalHealth is your perfect fit:
- Unbeatable Value & Health Equity: VitalHealth has been serving the nonprofit community for over 40 years, securing the best comprehensive plans for your organization, including plans that eliminate out-of-pocket cost. This focus on affordability helps promote health equity within your organization.
- Peace of Mind: Focus on your mission, not medical bills. VitalHealth offers exceptional customer service, online billing and enrollment, consistent, predictable costs, and empowers your employees to prioritize their well-being.
- Complete Coverage: Get the healthcare options you and your team need, from medical essentials to dental checkups and free and low cost wellness programs.
