The National Housing Trust, in partnership with Novogradac & Company LLP and with the support of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, has developed a new, online, affordable housing preservation tool, PrezCat(www.prezcat.org). This online preservation catalogue is accessible, flexible, searchable and expandable. PrezCat allows affordable housing preservation stakeholders to search affordable housing preservation policies and programs and identify data sources that are most relevant to their localized short and long term needs.
