They will celebrate with tours, forums and info fairs.The kick-off proclamation event and reception will take place on Wednesday,  September 2, 2015  from 4 – 6 p.m. at the County Board Room in Arlington and will feature Chris Estes, President and CEO of the National Housing Conference.
